In our new report, Ending This Place of Torment: A Framework for Transforming the Criminal Justice Continuum, we take a comprehensive approach to reforming the entire “criminal justice continuum,” with emphasis on how each segment has a direct causal effect on the others.

The report puts forward a framework to inform the field in ways that demand recognition of the reality of the lived experiences of individuals caught in what is often an intergenerational cycle of justice involvement.
